The 3 Golden Rules:

  1. Don't put on your skin what you can't eat
  2. Eat what humans ate for 2 million years
  3. Eliminate gluten and seed oils as absolute priority

Part 1: Animal-Based Nutrition

Animal-based ≠ Strict Carnivore. It's a flexible, non-restrictive approach:

  • Base = animal products (meat, eggs, fish, organs)
  • Complement = fruits and vegetables you enjoy
  • Avoid = industrial garbage (seed oils, gluten, processed stuff)

Animal Products

FoodWhy
Beef, lamb, chicken, duckComplete proteins, iron, B12, creatine
Whole eggsCholine, vitamins A/D/E/K, perfect proteins
FishOmega-3, iodine, selenium
Liver & organs"Natural multivitamin" — vitamin A, copper, B12
Butter/GheeFat-soluble vitamins, butyrate

Approved Fats

OKUse
Olive oilRaw, dressing, light cooking
Coconut oilCooking, baking, cosmetic
ButterCooking, toast, everything
GheeHigh-temp cooking
Beef tallowCooking, frying
Duck fatCooking, flavor
Simple rule: If it comes from an animal or a fruit (olive, coconut), it's good. If it comes from an industrial seed, it's garbage.

PRIORITY #1: Industrial Seed Oils

The worst modern poisons. Present EVERYWHERE, destroy cell membranes.

GarbageWhy it's garbage
Sunflower oilInflammatory omega-6, oxidation
Canola/Rapeseed oilChemical processing, trans fats
Palm oilInflammatory, often hydrogenated
Soybean oilPhytoestrogens, GMO
Corn oilOmega-6, pesticides
Grapeseed oilUltra-processed
"Vegetable oil"Mix of all this garbage

Where it hides: Restaurants, prepared meals, cookies, chips, sauces, dressings, even "organic"...

PRIORITY #2: Gluten

Even without being celiac, modern gluten:

  • Increases intestinal permeability
  • Triggers systemic inflammation
  • Contaminated with glyphosate (Roundup)

PRIORITY #3: Industrial Sugars & Processed Food

Simple rule: If there's a mile-long ingredient list, it's a no.

Part 2: Natural Body Care

"If you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin."

Your skin absorbs everything. Industrial cosmetics = cocktail of endocrine disruptors.

The simplest and most ancestral method.

  • Water is enough for 95% of your body
  • Soap destroys your skin microbiome (good bacteria)
  • Your body naturally regulates after a few weeks

Acceptable soaps (if really needed):

  • Marseille soap (real, 72% olive oil)
  • Aleppo soap
  • Goat milk soap

Eliminate: Shower gels, industrial soaps, anything that foams too much (= sulfates).

Base recipe:

3 tbsp coconut oil (solid)
2 tbsp baking soda
5-10 drops essential oil (optional)

Recommended essential oils:

  • Tea tree (powerful antibacterial)
  • Lavender (soothing, smells good)
  • Palmarosa (regulates sweating)
Note: The cleaner you eat, the less you smell. Body odor comes from what you eat, not from sweat itself.

Option 1: Siwak (Miswak)

Arak tree branch used for millennia. The ancestral method par excellence.

Benefits:

  • Natural antibacterial
  • Remineralizing (calcium, natural fluoride, silica)
  • Natural whitening
  • Strengthens gums
  • Freshens breath

Option 2: Baking soda

Dip wet brush in baking soda, brush normally.

Option 3: Oil Pulling

1 tsp coconut oil, swish 10-20 min in the morning, spit out (not in sink).

Part 3: Hair Care

Problem: Industrial shampoos create an inflammatory cycle:

  1. Strips natural oils
  2. Scalp overcompensates → becomes oily
  3. You shampoo again → infinite cycle

Base recipe:

1 whole egg
1 tbsp lukewarm water

Application:

  1. Beat egg with water
  2. Apply to wet hair
  3. Massage scalp 2-3 minutes
  4. Rinse with COLD water (crucial — otherwise egg cooks in your hair)

Transition:

  • With eggs: immediate results, no transition
  • Water-only no-poo: 4-6 weeks adaptation (scalp regulates)

Goal: Break fibrosis, restore circulation, relax scalp.

TechniqueDurationWhat it does
Scalp laxity3 minMove scalp ON skull (fixed fingers)
Temple massage2 minCircles on temples → releases fascia tension
Finger combing2 minForehead to nape → stimulates circulation
Deep pinching3 minPinch + release firmly → BREAKS fibrous tissue
Inversion2-5 minHead down → massive blood flow to follicles
Fibrosis Test (Do it now)
Put your fingers on your scalp and try to move it:
  • Moves easily (1-2 cm) → Healthy scalp
  • Barely moves → Light fibrosis
  • Stuck to skull → Severe fibrosis = your follicles are suffocating

Daily serum (1%):

20 ml jojoba oil
6 drops rosemary essential oil

Key studies:

  • Rosemary: 2015 study = equivalent to Minoxidil 2% without side effects
  • Peppermint: 2014 study = +300% growth vs Minoxidil
  • Castor oil: Thickens and strengthens (dilute max 10-15%)

Part 4: Sun & Light

The sun is not the enemy. Lack of sun is.

Routine:

  • Morning: 10-30 min, eyes exposed (no sunglasses), skin uncovered
  • Midday: Avoid prolonged exposure
  • Afternoon: OK in moderation

Natural protection (for long exposure):

OptionHow
Olive oilApply on skin — natural SPF ~8, nourishes
Zinc + coconut oilMix zinc oxide (non-nano) + coconut oil — natural mineral protection

What I avoid:

  • Chemical sunscreens (oxybenzone, avobenzone = endocrine disruptors, enter bloodstream)
  • Permanent sunglasses (eyes never calibrate to natural light)

For eyes (retinal regeneration):

Wavelength: 670nm
Duration: 3 minutes MAXIMUM
Timing: Within 3h after waking (MANDATORY)
Distance: 20-30 cm
Eyes: Open, look toward light (not directly into it)
Frequency: 1x/week minimum, can be daily

UCL Studies: 20% vision improvement in 2 weeks. Up to 47% in under 40s.

WARNING: Afternoon = NO effect. It's circadian-dependent.

For body/hair:

Wavelengths: 630-660nm (red) + 810-850nm (near infrared)
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Frequency: 3-5x/week
Distance: Per device (usually 15-30 cm)

The Final Test
Before adding something to your life, ask yourself:
"Did my ancestors have access to this 10,000 years ago?"
  • Sunflower oil → No
  • Butter → Yes
  • Shampoo → No
  • Eggs → Yes
  • SPF 50 sunscreen → No
  • Tree shade → Yes
